Polish “Snickers”
Dough
3 glasses flour
20 dag butter
½ glass sugar
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon milk
2 eggs
Honey, soda, and milk melt. Rest ingredients put together and add melted honey, soda and milk. Form dough. When firm divide dough on 2 pieces. Roll it. Butter the baking form and put rolled dough on it. One put to the oven and the other leave for walnuts filling. Bake at 356F for up to 30min.
Walnuts filling:
25 dag chopped walnuts
20 dag butter
½ glass sugar
2 tablespoon honey
Melt butter. When melted add sugar, honey and walnuts. The filling put on the top of one of the toughs. Bake at 356F for 30min.
Pudding:
2 glasses milk
4 tablespoon flour
½ glass sugar
250 dag butter
1 tablespoon vanilla
Boil 1 glass of milk with sugar and butter. Flour add to 2nd glass of milk and stir. When Milk with sugar and butter is bailing add 2nd glass of milk with flour. Wait until everything is boiling again. Pudding put between dough layers. Enjoy!!!
